Management Connection
2010 MANAGEMENT CONNECTION
Monday, May 24th- Wednesday, May 26th
OBJECTIVE
The Management Connection is in response to user input regarding a more attractive agenda for senior managers. To accommodate the busy schedule of senior management we have designed the Management Connection to be two and half days long starting with the general session on Monday. From the inaugural Management Connection in 2007, there have been improvements as suggested by the attendees. Based upon last year, the most attended sessions were New Product Cost Management, and ERP Interoperability, with the overall feedback to have fewer presentations with more time for discussion.

The topics for this year’s event have been expanded to the following:
- Customer case studies ( Microsoft, ATK, FEI, Hamilton Sundstrand, BE Aero)
- Workshop on Lean Product Development ( Tuesday afternoon)
- Workshop on Early Design Processes ( Wednesday morning)
Managers who are in the midst of planning or executing PLM implementations will gain tremendous insight from the topics covered. In addition, Management Connection will provide an excellent forum for discussing the business implications of PLM, and networking with senior Siemens PLM Solution architects.
